Villa covers an area of 500 m² and consists of the main building, which stretches over 5 floors connected by elevator, as well as stairs. Within the villa itself, you will find a separate apartment, wine bar and a beautiful garden, outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a SPA/fitness area, a sauna, jacuzzi, a billiard room with bar for socializing. Consisting of seven rooms and seven en-suite bathrooms, three toilets, villa is ideal accommodation for 14 persons. 
All seven bedrooms are double rooms, each with its own modern bath or shower room, some with doors to a furnished terrace, and one with the extra privacy of a guest annex, complete with a living/dining room and cleverly concealed kitchenette.
