Built-in the Gothic-Renaissance style and rebuilt under the detailed monitoring of the Institute for the Protection of Monuments of the Republic of Croatia, this villa witnessed many important events. The nearest well-known pebble beach Banje is 200m away while Stradun is just a short walk from the villa.
 
Villa spreads over four floors: the basement, the ground floor, first and the second floor. Consisting of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, this Villa surrounded by powerful, centuries-old stone walls, offers complete privacy for its guests and is suitable accommodation for 8 persons.  
 
The main floor of the villa is the central area of the villa, which consists of a spacious living area, with an indoor fireplace and modern sofas. From this airy space, a hallway leads you to a fully equipped kitchen and basement where is a wine cellar with a nice selection of wines. On the same floor, there is also a simple bedroom with a queen-size bed and a separate toilet with a shower.​​ 
 
Besides the beautiful interior, from the main ground floor, you can step onto a large stone terrace equipped with sun chairs, sun umbrellas, outdoor seating furniture, and a swimming pool.
