This new modern villa of 380 m2 is located in Ližnjan, a quiet and romantic small town in Istria. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can accommodate a total of 8 guests.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen (equipped with all kitchen appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine), a spacious living room, one bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The basement of the villa contains a space for meditation, exercise and darts.

On the first floor of the villa there are three bedrooms (equipped with TV and air conditioning), each with its own bathroom and sauna.
In the large garden there is a swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs and umbrellas, also a terrace with large seating.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has free WI-FI.
The nearest shop and restaurant are 500 meters from the villa.

Nearest beach is 1.2 km away, while the beautiful sandy beach is located in Medulin, which is 1.7 km from Ližnjan where the villa is located.
Near Medulin is the beautiful island of Levan, where you can also enjoy swimming on the sandy beach.

In Liznjan, you can choose from various forms of summer and sea activities, such as windsurfing, diving and sailing, and on the other hand, horse riding or hunting. For even more activities, head to Medulin and Pula, which are only a short drive away. If you like to explore, beautiful central Istria, known for its recognizable hill towns and gastronomic delicacies, is within reach, and excellent roads will lead you to it.

    EVALUATION:

    Wir haben mit 3 Paaren insgesamt 4 Tage in der Villa Andris verbracht, es war einfach ein Traum: Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war hervorragend / Wir sind ziemlich spät angereist, aber der Hausbesitzer Anto hat uns aufgemacht und alles in Ruhe erklärt / Das Haus ist extrem sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es liegt in einem Wohnkomplex und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Garten ist riesig, der Pool und die Liegen perfekt zum Ausruhen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind paar Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Wir haben die meiste Zeit im Haus verbracht und auch zusammen gekocht und gegrillt. Das Gastgeberpaar war konstant für uns zu erreichen und hat uns sogar Brennholz zur Verfügung gestellt. Für paar Tage Sonnetanken der perfekte Ort für eine kleine Gruppe / Familie. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen

    EVALUATION:

    Unglaublich schöne Villa mit wundervollem Außenbereich und perfekt eingerichteten Schlaf- und Badezimmern. Von der Küche, über den Wohn- und Essbereich bis hin zur Terrasse ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird um die Zeit im Urlaub zu genießen. Die Küche ist äußerst modern und mit sehr hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit war wirklich hervorragend in allen Bereichen der geräumigen Villa. Die einzelnen Highlights nun aufzuzählen wäre zu viel aber da kann sich jeder die Bilder anschauen. Die Lage ist wirklich super, da man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu zwei kleinen Einkaufsläden gehen kann um dort das Nötigste zu kaufen. Restaurants sind auch fußläufig erreichbar. Größere Supermärkte erreicht man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto sowie auch den wirklich schönen Sandstrand von Medulin. Parken ist direkt vor der Villa im Schatten mit mehreren Fahrzeugen möglich. Es gibt eine Sauna, einen Fittnessraum und im UG nochmal eine weitere komplett eingerichtete Küche, wobei wir diese gar nicht benötigt haben. Wir waren Anfang Juni 2023 das erste mal in diesem Anwesen mit 4 Erwachsenen, 1 einem Kleinkind und einem Baby und werden sicherlich, spätestens nächstes Jahr, wieder dort Urlaub machen. Ein absolutes Highlight, welches keinen direkten Bezug zur Austattung hat, muss aber noch erwähnt werden: Die Vermieter! Ich glaube so herzlich wurden wir noch in keinem Urlaub empfangen. Wir hatten vor Anreise telefonischen Kontakt um zu erfragen, ob eine frühere Anreise möglich ist, da wir wegen der kleinen Kinder Nachts anreisen. Dies wurde uns sofort ermöglicht und wir konnten direkt am Morgen bei Ankunft einchecken. Die Vermieter wohnen gleich in der Nähe und wir haben uns mehrfach super unterhalten. Auch unser Sohn wurde total lieb empfangen und durfte gleich mit in den Garten schauen. Bei einer kleinen Reparatur des Laufrades hat uns Anton (Vermieter) auch sofort geholfen und sein Werkzeug geliehen. Zusammenfassend wirklich eine absolute Buchungsempfehlung!!
