On the terrace is located a darts and a table tennis table.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and decorated in retro style. Each room has its own air conditioning and the house has free Wi-Fi.

The nearest beach is 1.6 km away from the villa, the nearest restaurant is 500 meters away and also the nearest shop.

The small village where Villa is located is a perfect choice, for all those who want to escape from the hectic everyday life and stress. Nice, clean air, the chirping of birds and the only thing you can hear is the village church bells in the morning. 
The island of Krk is the largest island on the Adriatic, and is full of attractions that will keep your attention occupied for only 5-15 minutes by car to all locations. The motorway and airport are also nearby by. Krk town has beautiful old churches, old city walls, towers and the remains of the ancient Romans, the town of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and Košljun with the famous Franciscan monastery with a museum. Baska has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, Soline Bay has healthy mud and Biserujka cave. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can try fresh fish, wine and other specialties, take a trip with the fishing and tourist boats and swim with dolphins or take children to ride a submarine (the town of Krk).
From the villa there is a very nice sea view.

    Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Linardici. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und hat viele durchdachte Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt noch schöner machen. Mirjana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich um jedes kleine Problem sofort kümmert und viele Tipps für die Umgebung hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

    Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang am Pool mit Blick zum Meer und den Bergen! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren zwei Wochen im Ferienhaus und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Es gibt drei gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einen kleinem Bad und zusätzlich ein größeres Badezimmer. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind ebenfalls sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts an Ausstattung. Im Nebeneingang gibt es ein zusätzliches Appartement für zwei Personen mit Küche und Bad. Für unseren kleinen Sohn gab es ein Reisebett sowie einen Kinderstuhl. Ansonsten könnte er sich auf dem riesigen Grundstück austoben :)Der Pool hatte perfekte 27-28 Grad und wurde abends beleuchtet. Die gemütliche Sitzsecke lud uns jeden Abend zum Verweilen ein! Und unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir durften immer anrufen wenn wir was wissen wollten.Wir wünschen allen nachfolgenden Gästen eine genauso tolle Zeit in Linardici
