    Wir (Eltern, 3 Teenies) hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub in dieser traumhaft schönen Villa mit fantastischem Meerblick. Die Villa liegt an einem Berghang ohne direkte Nachbarn. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder im Angebot stimmen genau, die Aussicht ist sogar noch schöner als die Bilder wiedergeben können. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben den Spaziergang täglich gemacht zum Baden am Meer, zum Schlendern oder Essen an der schönen Uferpromenade. Wir hatten eine perfekte Urlaubswoche und können diese tolle Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

    EVALUATION:

    Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vor allem die Hausverwalterin war super freundlich. Der Weg zum Haus ist mit dem Auto eng (gegen Verkehr ist problematisch) und zum Schluss hin gibt es nur Schotter, es geht gut steil hoch. Aber der Ausblick ist göttlich. Was ich nur beanstanden kann sind die Messer, die waren leider sehr stumpf, aber sonst war alles da was man braucht. Die Couch fand ich super und auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Ausblick zu genießen war wirklich Urlaub pur. Traumhaft schön und empfehlenswert, da der Preis auch für diese Anlage echt günstig ist, mit Vergleichobjekten.MfG Familie Reis/Tillmanns

    Der Urlaub begann mit einer unkomplizierten Übergabe und freundlichem Willkommen heißen. Die Besitzer haben uns alles gezeigt und waren ständig per Whats-App oder telefonisch zu erreichen. Immer freundlich! Immer herzlich! Das Haus liegt etwas über der eigentlichen Stadt, auf einem Hang. Dadurch hat man einen unglaublich tollen Blick auf die Adria und der Insel Krk. Innen ist das Haus modern, aber liebevoll eingerichtet - es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten ist toll für kleine Kinder und Hunde. Bei konnten sich frei bewegen, da das Gelände durch Mauern und Zäune abgeschlossen ist. Der Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergang , den man von der Terrasse aus sehen kann, ist jeden Abend ein Genuss.
