On the ground floor there is also a separate toilet with washing machine. On the second floor there is a bedroom that has a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom. The villa has air conditioning in the living room and can accommodate 7 guests.
A spacious living room equipped with antique furniture leads to a large terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and the old town. In the garden of the villa there is a swimming pool, deck chairs, table with garden furniture, fireplace and private parking.

Nice, clean air, the chirping of birds and the only thing you can hear is the village church bells in the morning. The island of Krk is the largest island on the Adriatic, and is full of attractions that will keep your attention occupied for only 5-15 minutes by car to all locations. The motorway and airport are also nearby by. Krk town has beautiful old churches, old city walls, towers and the remains of the ancient Romans, the town of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and Košljun with the famous Franciscan monastery with a museum.
