On the ground floor of the villa is situated a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and one room with bathroom. 

From the living room you come to a covered terrace with seating furniture and barbecue. Next to the terrace is situated a pool of 40 m2 with sun deck, where you can enjoy your time with family and friends.

On the upper floor of the villa are situated two spacious bedrooms with double beds, each with private bathroom. The terrace offers a view of the sea, the villa is fully air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi.

Villa is located in a quiet, peaceful area surrounded by beautiful nature, and at the same time close to the beach, restaurants and shops (500 m), offers everything you need for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

The island of Krk, is the largest island in Croatia, and is full of attractions that will keep your attention occupied for only 5-15 minutes by car to all locations. The motorway and airport are also nearby by. Krk town has beautiful old churches, old city walls, towers and the remains of the ancient Romans, the town of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and Košljun with the famous Franciscan monastery with a museum. Baska has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, Soline Bay has healthy mud and Biserujka cave. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can try fresh fish, wine and other specialties, take a trip with the fishing and tourist boats and swim with dolphins or take children to ride a submarine (the town of Krk).

    EVALUATION:

    Super schönes Ferienhaus Laura mit allem, was man zu einem erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Das Haus war sehr sauber üben toll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und an einer tollen Strandbar / einem Strand gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es innerhalb weniger Minuten - wenn man mehr Auswahl benötigt sind es maximal 15 Minuten zum großen Supermarkt. Wir hatten eine unglaublich tolle Zeit. Danke dafür und ein größeres Dankeschön an die Vermieterin.

    Wunderschönes Haus, es fehlt wirklich an garnichts, hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl!\nDiese Haus ist sehr gepflegt, liegt ruhig nicht weit von einer sehr schönen Badebucht mit einer tollen Strandbar. Wir haben alles sehr genossen! Im Ort kann man alles an Lebensmitteln u. Getränke einkaufen. Größere Supermärkte gibt es in Krk. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich u. stehen einem für alles zu Verfügung, sehr sehr Gastfreundlich. Unser Urlaub war ein voller Erfolg und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

    EVALUATION:

    Sehr gepflegte neue Ausstattung. . Es gibt zwei kleine Supermärkte zum Brot holen und Kleinlichkeiten allerdings ist es empfehlenswert essen zu gehen da die Supermärkte genau die gleichen Preise aufrufen wie in Deutschland. Sehr schön ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer sein eigens Bad hat, Salzwasser Pool ist super. Ich würde dieses Haus jederzeit wieder Mieten. Die Dame des Hauses ist sehr nett und umgänglich, es läuft alles auf Vertrauensbasis was mir sehr wichtig ist.
