In the village on the island of Krk, the biggest island in Croatia, is situated this new, modern family villa for rent, with a fenced and well-kept yard. The total area of ​​the villa is 388 m2; it has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 extra beds so that the house can accommodate up to 11 people altogether. Each room has 20 m2.

On the ground floor of the villa is a modern, fully equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, microwave), a spacious living room with fireplace and a room with bathroom. Interior staircases lead to the first floor where there are 3 double bedrooms (one bedroom has an extra bed), each with its own bathroom. The villa is air conditioned and you can use free Wi-Fi.
The villa has underfloor heating, 2 fireplaces and a garage.

In the basement of the villa is a tastefully furnished room with fireplace and kitchen where you can taste local wines and enjoy your time with friends.

    EVALUATION:

    Das Haus ist sehr gross und schön! Dank dem Pool, dem grossen Garten und der schönen Terasse kann man gemütlich entspannen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Eigentümer sind sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen!

    Wir können nur schwärmen von dem tollen Urlaub, den wir in Kroatien verbracht haben. Die Villa Ante ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern! Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Können die Villa nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!!!
