This new beautiful villa with a fantastic view is located in small and romantic town of Vrbnik, on the island of Krk. The villa has 350 m2, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In the entrance hall there is a laundry room and a large garage, on the first floor there is a living room, a bedroom with a bathroom and a sauna. The living room leads to a covered terrace with an infinity pool overlooking the sea.
There is seating and a gas grill on the terrace.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the second floor.
The town center, shops, restaurants and the beach are about 700 meters away from the villa.

In all these places there are many restaurants where you can try fresh fish, wine and other specialties, take a trip with the fishing and tourist boats and swim with dolphins or take children to ride a submarine (the town of Krk).
